Our JOY Group is a ministry that reaches out to challenged adults of all ages. Some of the activities and trips our group has done include: visiting the Aquarium at Nags Head, attending a Christian play at the Rocky Hock Playhouse in Washington, NC, seeing the Christmas Lights in Windsor, NC, going through the Panorama of Jesus’ life during Fall Festival at RHBC, and participating in the V.I.P. Party at Cale Retreat & Conference Center. We have also taken our JOY Group fishing, had pizza parties where we did arts and crafts and played games. We have even had Make-Over parties for the girls (they had a blast). The most important part of our group is the bonding of friends and sharing the love of Jesus Christ. We are always looking for new members to join us in our fun and fellowship. If you know any adults that are mentally or physically challenged, contact our church office.
